Terms of Service

K Studio OS ("K Studio OS", "we", "us") is an event-services platform operated by KroxFlow FZ-LLC from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the platform at kstudioos.com and any related apps, APIs, or portals (the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is offered to three primary roles: clients posting event requests, studios coordinating end-to-end delivery, and freelancers claiming jobs. We also support print labs and drivers as supporting roles in the operational chain.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction. Studios and freelancers must hold any trade licences, permits, or qualifications required by UAE law for the services they offer.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us at security@kstudioos.com immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or pose risk to the Service or other users.

K Studio OS hosts a marketplace where clients post requests and studios or freelancers submit claims. K Studio OS is not a party to any contract formed between a client and a claimer. We do not process payments for the underlying event services in the current version of the Service; financial arrangements happen directly between parties.

We may remove listings or claims that violate these Terms, contain unlawful content, or attempt to circumvent platform safeguards.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any person or business;
• Upload content you do not have the right to share;
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service;
• Bypass authentication, RLS, or any access control;
• Send unsolicited bulk messaging through the Service;
• Use the Service for activities prohibited by UAE law.

You retain ownership of content you submit (event briefs, request details, portfolios, proof photos). You grant K Studio OS a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, and transmit that content solely to operate the Service.

The Service itself, including software, brand, and documentation, is owned by KroxFlow FZ-LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

The Service supports OTP-verified handoff to record that a delivery was completed. The OTP record is evidentiary but is not a substitute for any commercial or legal recordkeeping you may otherwise be required to perform.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or that the Service will meet your specific requirements.

We are not responsible for the work product, conduct, or representations of any client, studio, freelancer, print lab, or driver using the Service. Verification badges indicate that we have confirmed certain identity details, not that we endorse a user.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, K Studio OS and KroxFlow FZ-LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, data, or goodwill.

Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) AED 500 or (b) the total fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these Terms or for any other reasonable business cause, with notice where practical.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. The DIFC Courts have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the email on your account or via an in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
